Bought a gtx 1050 mini with AVR and Generic PSU

So i'm planning to buy a GPU but i'm using an unbranded psu that i don't know. Why do i have that? Well, it wasn't me who bought my pc. It's 600watt psu but i'm wondering if it will still destroy my gpu even though i have AVR (i don't know if it matters). I've seen a lot of thread before about not putting your GPU on a generic psu since it might break the computer. So should i use my GPU without it breaking or should i just buy a branded PSU first then use my GPU?

are there any lables on the unit you have now if not the 1050/1050ti are low wattage gpu and should be fine.

Sorry for the late reply. By unit you mean the GPU? The GPU is actually still on the way, i just ordered it. But it's a zotac gtx 1050ti mini. Also does the AVR even have anything to do with this?
