Hello guys i just bought a new 2tb external hard drive there are 3 programs came with it utility tools and backup tool and one for security i need to know how to use these programs and what they do?

There are many different external hard drives with many different programs. You need to be more specific.

Generally, these are either encryption programs that encrypt the data on your new drive, or they are data migration programs that help you transfer or back up your computer to that drive.
