Bought a new pc had one question

Hello guys my name is ozan

i had question - - so 1 month ago i bought a new pc. i play League of legends and Battlefield V but i only get 90-110 fps okay now i understand if i only get 90 fps on battlefield but 90 fps on lol ??

To be honest on my old pc when i played lol i also would get 90 fps ..... thats what i find extremely strange but i could not run battlefield V on my old pc but its strange i got same fps on lol ( league of legends) ?

is there somthing wrong or bottlenecking my pc ?? idk what to do.



my new PC Specs

GPU: MSI RTX 2070 GAMING Z 8G

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

RAM: G.skill DDR4 Trident-Z 2x8GB 3000Mhz C16 Timings: 16-18-18-38 (CAS-tRCD-tRPD-tRAS)

Motherboard: gigabyte x470 aorus ultra gaming

PSU : 650 W Bronze

os: windows 10 64 bits



My old pc

GPU: gtx 960 2 GB

CPU: amd fx 8320 black edition 4.2 ghz

Motherboard: msi 1070 gaming

ram: 16 gb DDR3 1600Mhz

psu: 650 W Bronze its the same

os: windows 10 64 bits



now its it not strange that i got same fps on league of legends even tho i got such upgrade is there somthing bottlenecking my new pc ?

now i know there are going to be some of you that are going to say fps does not matter but i find it strange that i can't run battlefield V on ultra 100 fps with new gpu and cpu

im sorry if im sounding dumb i dont know where to post this and i dont know where to get help also sorry for bad english i'm from Belgium

i reinstalled windows when i bought motherboard and the ryzen cpu
i used guru app to delete my old grapics card then inserted my new GPU and day after i got my ram and inserted that also
so i got mob cpu on fresh windows and after i inserted gpu and new ram. yes i used my old ram and old card on that windows ...
