Question bought a new Power supply; theres missing a connector for the motherboard

Hello yall, I bought a new power supply some days ago, and today i went to hook it up to my motherboard but there'S a problem:

there's a 'P2' connector on my motherboard, and my power supply doesnt have any P2 connector.

My computer doesnt start when i push the power button.

Is there any convertor cable that can let me hook a P2 connector to my motherboard from my Power supply ?

or ill need another power supply ?

maybe i should just change my motherboard, but it will cost a lot.
