Hello, I bought a new SSD (Samsung 860 EVO 500GB) I made a clean installation of Windows 10 and since then it started to behave strangely, some applications can not be loaded from the SSD (Cortana, windows settings etc...) so i made a clean install of windows 10 again (At the second install of windows I had a black and red screen when booting). Is this a bad SSD?

PSU: Evga SuperNova 750W G3
CPU: AMD RYZEN 7 1700
GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX GTX 1060 6GB
MB: ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F GAMING
SSD: Samsung 860 EVO 500GB
HDD: WD BLUE 1TB

Solution
I suppose it is possible. Any device can be faulty. If you are unsure about it, return it. And get a new SSD.

I've had great luck with Samsung SSD's.

These problems started when I joined the new SSD. I will never live with anything like this
