Question Bought a prebuilt pc a month ago but I am having issues with performance (not sure what the problem might be)

Hello I recently bought a prebuilt pc online and I have been having issues with performance. I bought it primarily for games but it has issues even when I stream shows and movies. I am not very computer savvy but I have made sure my drivers are currently updated. The performance is pretty rough, I have tried various games and I get frequent stutters and <20 fps typically. Not sure where the issue is but I'll post the specs below
AMD Ryzen 5600G
MSI B550M Pro-VC
Radeon Vega 7

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

installed ram 16gb
my ssd is just the windows (C
the gpu is amd radeon(tm) graphics

check cpu/gpu temp and usage
what resolution?
igpu not great depend on what resolution your monitor is

my gpu temp/ usage is 31C and 22%
my cpu temp/ usage is 34C and 4%
my resolution is 1920 x 1080 (i have another monitor that is 1600 x 900 too)

You have a lot of stuff loading at startup to be using 6GB of ram.
Make your start up group skinny.

He also has a lot of background CPU usage, but that doesn't matter either, the GPU runs at 10% and doesn't even finish the Dx11 bench, that's the problem.

Ubm can get a bit wonky when too much stuff is running while the benchmark tries to run.
