[SOLVED] Bought a used GTX 1060 EVGA

The pc turnes off after 2 min and showing no signal, the gpu has some yellowish/green stains on the back

Post the full system specs(CPU,GPU,Motherboard,PSU,RAM,Case).
Those stains that you're mentioning sound like corrosion. Can you post some pictures with the card?
Didn't you visually verify the card beforehand?

Sounds like a dead card... Can you post some pictures with the GPU's PCB? I already mentioned it previously.

Looks like you've got some capacitors leaking right there. Unless you have proper soldering skills, equipment and patience to change them, that GPU's practically dead.

Your only other option would be to contact the seller and ask him for a refund.
