Question Bought laptop online but cannot connect to internet

It says “Wi-Fi turned off” but cannot turn it on I’m a little stuck at what to do if I could please get some help that would make my day. Thank you

Well, turn it back on? Not much else to say as you told us absolutely nothing about this laptop.
