Question BOUGHT LIQUID PUMP FOR AM3+??????

My mom wanted a new cooler, her slot is an AM3+ AM3b, Bought a liquid pump that supports it, It comes, It comes with the clamp but not base to screw in that the clamp things can clamp onto? I don't understand, If it supports the socket, Why is there no base for the clamps with the cooler? My personal pump came with the sort of ( type things you screw in to let it latch on, but this cooler didn't. Why?

I'm asking why the Motherboard doesn't have the screw in things for the brack to latch on. Where can I buy one? if I can buy one seperately?

I cannot use the metal brackets as they dont fit to where the screws would go.
