[SOLVED] Bought "New" GPU, fans spinning, no display

So my setup is
Asrock h61m-ps4
Evga 500w1 80+ white
MSI Gt 630 2gb ddr3
I3 3240
I just bought an Asus gtx 750 ti oc, i unplugged the old gpu and put the New one, started the system and it doesn't work, so i replugged the old GPU and now that doesn't work too, only way to boot up the PC was to use the CPU integrated Graphics
I have an only VGA monitor ( probably Older than me, it's 900p 75hz)
Idk what to do, maybe i broke something in the Pci Express? Should i change motherboard?
If yes what mobo?
It needs to have socket 1155 for the CPU (i ordered a Xeon e3 1220v2)

Was the Asus GTX 750 Ti OC purchased new?
What's the model of the monitor?
How are you connecting the monitor (VGA, DVI or HDMI)?

I purchased it used, my monitor is a Fujitsu Siemens l19w, the monitor has only VGA, so I'm connecting it via VGA.
The problem is the old gpu isn't working too now
Edit: I've uninstalled all gpu drivers, but it's Not working
The PSU is brand new
Gpu bought used
Yes i have Put the 6 pin in the New one, the old one is low power

Idk what to do, my mobo BIOS is from 2013 but the Older gpu worked... So probably not that, maybe when i get up tomorrow ill check something on BIOS
Edit: nope doesn't work, i really think that the Pci Express slot is broken somehow

Try resetting the BIOS by removing the CMOS battery.
Power off, switch PSU to off and remove the power cord.
Press the power button for 15-20 seconds.
Remove the CMOS battery...wait 10 minutes and re-insert the CMOS battery back.
Place the old GPU.
Connect the display cable to a GPU port.
Connect power cord, switch PSU to ON and power the PC.

Yeah i did that yesterday and the old gpu is working, the New one doesn't so i guess it's a faulty gpu

Yes, that one you call "New one" could be faulty.
Take in consideration that the GTX 750 Ti was released 7 years ago and it could have been running in some else system for that long.
Some of them found on eBay and Aliexpress are even fake.
