Bought new Pre-Built PC, It's saving to the storage of 111GB and not 931GB, this the SDD and not hard drive?, should I change?

Should I be saving things to "This PC (C 20.8GB out of 111GB" or Local Disk (D 249MB out of 931GB? I've got a feeling I should switch things to be saving things to the Local Disk. Should I?

Yes I think so but surely I should only have critical programs on the 120GB SSD such as Windows 10 and have everything else on the Hard Drive?
