Just bought a powercolor RX 6800 XT today, cant get it to display to monitor.
Motherboard is an MSI x 370 SLI plus chipset with PCI 3.0 compatibility updated to the newest bios. Any advice on what might be wrong?

Complete build (pre update) is:
AMD Ryzen 1700x
MSI x370 SLI Plus MOBA
16xGB Trident z G Skill Ram
Samsung 960 EVO M.2 SSD for main drive
Corsair h115-i AIO cooler
MSI Gaming X GTX 1080ti
EVGA 750w Gold PSU
(Yes im aware that the recommended minimum PSU is an 850 W, however, the TDP for the system sits at around 600W or so underload and the rx 6800 XT only draws 50 more W than my 1080ti)

This was a GPU upgrade. Uninstalled GTX 1080 Ti drivers and geforce software so only basic microsoft display adapter drivers were installed. Tried to boot, GPU has power, lights are on, onboard GPU bios switch is set to silent so no fan rev, but no display comes through.
