Question Bought samsung 970 m.2 NVME evo plus

hello guys so i bought the samsung m.2 nvme evo plus 970

i want to install windows on it trough an usb installer but im stuck here .
i get error code 0x80300024 when i try to install it onto the m.2 trough windows installer
using windows 1903 to install pro version

my motherboard B360 Aorus gaming wifi 3
samsung m.2 nvme evo plus 970 250GB destination drive

yes i formatted the drive

Updating bios now was running on f3 version now installing f13

didnt fix the problem yet the error code is gone it just says i cannot install windows on it as it cannot allocate it as a partition

Can you delete all partitions and format again the drive?

I figured out how to fix this so i did this with aioem partition assistant manager

Select my m.2 wipe disk then convert to gpt and voila now i could install windows
