Bouncing Screen Dual GPU

Just added another GPU(R9 280x) to my set up and my main monitor keeps bouncing.
It has the latest drivers.....

I'm running i5-4670k Stock
XFX 7970
XFX R9 280x
8GB G.Skill 1600
1TB Hybrid SSD
Noctua Seat Sink(NH-D14)

I'm not sure what the problem is? Could it be that the GPUS aren't the same?

Just my everyday set up.

BenQ Gw2450(1920x1080) DVI Connected
Hannspree HF255D(1920x1080) DVI Connected

They can.

Off or on,still bounces.

I can not provide a link....

7970 is primary.
Each GPU has a monitor.

It doesn't work that way. Only the primary runs the monitors.

Ah ok,which leads to my next question(s).

Will this problem occur if I add two more monitors on the other GPU?

Will it have to be DVI or can it be DVI/HDMI?
