What does "bound" items mean.
I have a helm that casts "bound boots"..

Help?

Bound items are magically summoned items. In the case of your helm,
using it casts the Bound Boots spell which gives you (temporarily) some
armour in the form of boots. Bound gloves would give you gloves, bound
katana would give you a katana, and so on.

Keep in mind that the spells are of limited duration. They're mostly
helpful to those with a low encumberance.
