Question brand new (7800x3d,4090) pc build, no display to hdmi on first boot

Just built a brand new 7800x3d,4090 pc build. installed everything, triple checked all wires and components were installed correctly. booted it up for the first time.
pc audibly boots as normal, all fans running, motherboard lights come on, gpu lights come on, everything indicates that it has booted, tv says "checking the device connected to HDMI 1" and then that goes away in about 10 seconds and it just stays on no signal like before you boot it.

I tried the hdmi connected to the 4090 gpu
i tried it connected to the integrated mobo graphics hdmi
i tried a different tv
i tried a different hdmi cable
ive tried many reboots
turned it all off and checked all components were seated proper and cables connected again.
i tried connecting keyboard and pressing F2 , then tried again using DEL key
still no display output

my suspicion is that it just needs to go into the bios somehow for it to display but i could be wrong

anyone have any ideas? thanks for the help

im not sure what youre saying, you mean i should update a brand new bios thats fresh out the box? i dont even know how. theres no display

with cmos button on back of mb you can enter the bios
Did you check your motherboard's bios first?
I don't think you can use it with 3.10 bios, then it will need an update

That CPU works with all BIOS versions on that board.
