[SOLVED] Brand New 900 USD Laptop : 5-10 FPS???

Hello,

I just bought a new laptop with pretty alright specs. The FPS however appears to resemble the opposite.
I am mildly frustrated.

League of legends, minimum graphics: 5-10 fps
CSGO: minimum graphics 30-40 fps

Specs:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3500U with Radeon Vega Mobile
GFX 2.1 GHz
RAM: 16GB

I am aware that the specs are not the BEST, such as 2.1 GHz, but I should be able to enjoy games at a higher FPS rate than this???
Please let me know what could be the issue

Do you have the charger pugged in when playing and have it set to high performance, what is the screen resolution? All of those make a difference.

Could be heat related also.
