Brand new alienware aurora r7

I recently bought a brand new Alienware aurora r7 and my pc seems to be at a constant 100% disk. It starts up slow and even runs simple tasks slow. Im not sure if it is because of windows 10 or if its a hardware malfunction. I do plan on returning the computer if I cant fix the problem myself. I was just unsure on how to find the cause of my problem because it shouldn't be running this slow as a $1200 computer.

100% Disk Usage is pretty common (unfortunately) after any decent sized Windows update.

Open Task manager - what is showing as the largest resource 'hog'?
