[SOLVED] Brand new build, not posting, fans not spinning

I've built over 20 computers and finally ran into my first build that won't boot. Upon finishing, RGB from MoBo lights up when PSU turned on (selecting I from I/O). When power button on case pressed, GPU lights flash regularly and GPU RGB is illuminated, but no fans in case (including CPU) spin up, and no lighting feedback from motherboard (RGB still works on motherboard, but not POST lighting or any indication of boot initiation). PC power button lights up and works normally. I have restarted at least 10 times, replaced modular CPU power cable, reseated RAM, tried one stick of ram. I am not a beginner by any means and am currently typing this on a system of identical spec as below, and man did it suck to have my first failed initial boot. I am guessing DOA MoBo, and have identical components I am going to test tomorrow, but am looking for any sort of advice on how to proceed. Thanks

RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000mhz (2x8gb)
Power Supply: Rosewill Photon 750w Modular
GPU: RTX 2080 Windforce
Storage: 960 evo 1tb
NZXT 500

So I solved this issue 2 minutes after posting this thread. Turns out on a Rosewill Photon 750 PSU the motherboard cable has a split connection going in to the PSU. I had not plugged in the smaller cable on the right side. I hope this can help anyone who runs into this issue using the Photon 750w PSU
