Question Brand new build slowing to a crawl and forcing me to reboot occasionally

I just built my pc recently, but occasionally, it'll freeze up. Like I'll be doing something, and every single process would suddenly slow down so much that they stop moving. There are no crashes, and I can still move my mouse and click on stuff, but nothing will work until i press the power button and reboot it. My guesses are either memory or my drives. Anyone know what could be wrong?

CPU runs at around 45-55 at idle, and slightly upwards of 70 under heavy load.
