brand new computer keeps black screening

new build keeps black screening

Worked fine for an hour then when I clicked quit to desktop on a game it just black screened and I had to reset

Now whenever I boot up it is fine for about 5 seconds then I clicks and black screens again

Update: so I removed my graphics card and all unessential drives leaving just my boot drive ram and cpu, possibly mobo or cpu issue?

Update: so just removed everything from the case and rep lugged in everything (still only using ram, cpu and boot drive) and it ran fine, so could it have been a faulty cable or not connected tight enough ?

Its common with new builds that you forget to connect something or there is a cable loose. So if it works fine now then I think that's what it was

I think I must have knocked it or something, considering I spent so much I instantly panicked

yeah it happens sometimes
