Brand new computer starts up then shuts down in a second

Hello,
I have just received my ibuypower computer and it immediately shuts down after having the lights and fans going for a second. It will not stay on. Any help will be appreciated. Btw I'm fairly new to computer components

As it's brand new, call ibuypower!
I venture to guess a short(something got behind the motherboard & causing a shortmaybe) or a loose cable.
