Question Brand new custom computer, black screen

Hey

I just got done building my first computer and I turned it on, fans spun, GPU has rgb showing, all good stuff, but I connected it via DP to my monitor and it picks up the source but it’s a black screen. What should I do. Ryzen 3700x with a 2070 super and a b450 tomahawk max. There is a red led showing right above the 24 pin connector but it seems like it should be there, not sure. Any solutions?

What is the power supply brand and model? All power cords where they should be? Check the motherboard manual about that LED that's on?
