Brand new Dell g7 Laptop - Terrible upload speeds

Recently purchased a Dell G7 with killer e2400 ethernet and I'm getting horrendous upload speeds. I have a 300/100 connection.
Using wireless I get about 80/40 and using wired I get about 320/0.77.
If I plug the same cable into my desktop next to the laptop I get 310/112 roughly.

Any ideas as to what may be causing this? I've already uninstalled the device, done windows update etc

After messing with the drivers a good while, it seems that every time I uninstalled them windows kept immediately reinstalling them with the same ones. After some trial and error I was able to get updated drivers from killer from working and now I'm getting upload speeds of up to 200mbs.
