Question Brand new Enermax Revolution 850w intermittent buzzing noise?

This is a sanity check. The PSU is making a buzzing sound every 10 seconds or so. This is with no applications running. It's almost like an electical oven turning on and off. I recorded a video of it so you can hear it and tell me if it's expected or if something is wrong with it.

Sounds like a PSU coil whine. Some PSUs are more prone to this than others. Only fix: PSU replacement.

Coil whine doesn't hurt the PSU. It just produces the audible noise.
