Brand new everything wont boot

I just completed assembling my new computer with completely all new parts but for some reason when I try to boot up all get is a blank screen for 10secs on my tv and then it goes back to the default screen. Everything powers up fans run but the HDD light won't turn off (HDD doesnt have a OS) and I don't even get a BIOS screen. Its also hooked through HDMI through a 560 ti. Anyone have any ideas?

ASUS M4A79XTD EVO motherboard
320GB SATA Harddrive
3x 2GB 1333 DDR3 ram
EVGA GTX 560ti
500W PSU

I bet the psu is messed up or the memory isnt compatible with the cpu or mobo

Same thing as before, even switched out PSU's. No video signal. And Im not sure or not but my speaker my be broken/dead.

I am trusting you did accomplish every step in the guide, so honestly I'm kind of at a loss. But without a speaker the breadboarding can't be conclusive because the beep codes are necessary to identify the faults. THerefore to accurately breadboard you have to have a working speaker

Just to be clear, the motherboard speaker is a 2 wire small size(nickel) speaker that plugs into the motherboard in the same area as the HDD LED, Reset, Pwr jumpers.

Turns out it was my motherboard. Replaced it with a MSI couldn't be happier.
