Brand new Gaming Computer running slow!

[strike][/strike]I just bought this new Gaming PC off of Amazon and once I set it up, it lagged and it says that it'll take 2 days to download GTA V, I dont know if this is an internet problem, but my computer only goes 6-160kbps at random, my specs are:

Your internet connection speed has nothing to do with your computer specs. You might have some problem with your network card or wireless card, but it seems weird since the drivers seem to be installed correctly. You can try to do a speed test (www.speedtest.net) for your internet connection. If it doesn't comply with what your internet provider claims it should you can contact them and see what is wrong on their side.
