Brand new gaming pc with high ping out of nowhere.

I recently got a new gaming pc; a ROG GR8-II. Everything was working extremely smoothly for a couple weeks. High frames, low ping when playing Overwatch. Just what I needed. All of a sudden yesterday I log in and find my ping won't drop below 100 and climbs to 300 at times. I looked for a few solutions and uninstalled the ROG Gamefirst IV program to see if it could be the issue. No change. I've restarted my Centurylink modum more times than I can count. Is it my new computer? Or am I being throttled by my ISP? I play every day. Please help!

Solution
I guess you can buy a new router with AC band to make the download/upload faster but otherwise I guess you should stick with wireless. Intel's wireless chipsets are reliable but I haven't touched their ethernet yet.
First off, we need to figure out if it is your computer or your wifi. Go to http://www.speedtest.net/ on your pc (with the issue) and on another device on the same network. A laptop, cell phone, or tablet should work just fine. Run the test on both devices and record the numbers for ping, download, and upload. After that we can go from there.

@okcnaline Heres a screenshot I took since there seems to be an strange amount. I have no clue what the WAN Miniports are but I don't think they're needed on Windows 10 if I remember correctly.
