Hi guys! Today I bought a brand new gaming pc with RTX 2060! (The build is below) I installed fortnite but the fps are always 40-100... I downloaded my rtx 2060 drivers again and I updated them but nothing changed... I also checked the power options it's on high performance. So... any idea what's the problem..? My cousin's pc with a gtx 1060 gaming x 6gb has 200fps + (By the way I bought this PC from a shop with these parts I didn't choose them myself...)

what fortnite settings do you run ? its recommended to use low on evrything and turn off motion blur
All settings are on low and I have motion blur on but my cousin's pc with a gtx 1060 gaming x 6gb and the same settings has 200 fps and he bought his pc 2 years ago so I should have at least the same fps as him...

what monitor resolution are you running? this has a big impact on FPS. Do you know how much of your RAM is being utilized for this game? Your 2060 should def be able to out perform a 1060.

My monitor is dell and I run the recommended resolution but I don't think that's the problem here... the problem is the 100% cpu usage problem that I found out... If I open fortnite and one or two more programs the game will fail to load and the cpu reach 100%

could be many reasons your reaching 100% cpu load, but we cant be sure. try opening your task manager and see what is running while you have a few programs open.

Here is the task manager while I try to load the game and 2 more programs it reaches 100% : https://ibb.co/cyVztDx

By the way when I found out about the 100% cpu usage I started another thread here : https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/cpu-usage-100-on-brand-new-gaming-pc.3496165/
I have already tried some things to solve this problem but nothing so far...

Enabling XMP will allow your RAM to run faster (how it should), but is the RAM in dual channel? If the RAM modules are both next to each other, then move one, so that it goes RAM, empty, RAM, empty. This would double RAM bandwidth, and this along with XMP, means data goes to your CPU quicker, and might solve your CPU utilisation problem and FPS problem.

My ram is 16 gb but it's 4 x 4 gb so I guess all the ram slots are full...

Here is a benchmark of my build but with the game opened...
my cpu usage is 100% on task manager... but on benchmark just look my gpu... : https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/18099984

Is your windows up to date? What are your power settings at in windows? Make sure they are not in power saving mode or anything like that; go with balanced or high performance.
