Question Brand new glaive pro not working.

I just got a new glaive pro. It was playing up so I updated software. It didn’t do anything, it turns on works for 20 odd seconds then stops working. I went on forums and it said to press the reset button with a paper clip. I did that, and it made the problem worse. It now doesn’t even show up in ICUE and it just flashes a couple times then stops working. I’ve tried to search results but I can’t find anything. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
