Brand New Gtx 770 Not Working

I Figure You Arent Interested In My SSD Or Disc Reader

So I Was About To Install A Gtx 770 Was So Excited I Got It All In i Made Sure To Connect It To The Power Then I Realized It Doesnt Line Up With The Screw Holes On The Back Of My Case That Was Worrying So I Didnt Screw It In I Laid My Pc On Its Side So The Card Couldnt Fall Out Booted Up My Pc And Nothing I Didnt Even See The Bios Im Thinking Its Not Seated Right Because The Only Way It Will Fit Is If Its Tilted Kinda On The Back The DVI Ports Even Look Tilted But If I Try To Move It To Where It All Lines Up It Just Comes Out Of The PCI Slot Any Help i've Tried To Reset The Cmos Tried Taking Out A Stick Of Ram Nothing Is Working! Any Help Would Be Appreciated Also The Fans Do Spin On the 770

Take out your motherboard and re seat the graphics card. Re install your motherboard.

I Tried That Im Using The Brass Stand Offs Could It Be That Im Using A Mini Atx Mobo In A Full Sized Case And Also Using A Full Sized GPU?
