Brand new GTX 960 or used R9 280X?

I know my question is kinda sucks. But can you guys help me to decide what am i going to buy. The brand new gtx 960 or used R9 280X. Thanks in advanced.

Well are you in a rush and how much money were you planning to spend ? If you in the US AMD just announced 480 with a MSRP of $200 releasing end of this month. If you can wait for the reviews which should be coming before launch and if they don't sell out (which I doubt they will since yields should* be better since its a "mid" range card) I would wait for that.

depends on the cost of the new and used and keep in mind the 480 is coming soon
