Brand new HDD not showing on win OS neither on disk managment but shows up on BIOS

I have a Western Digital WD Blue 1TB WD10EZEX OEM bought brand new.I have an SSD with windows 10 on my system but i can't get my hdd to work.It shows up correctly on bios but when windows boot i can't find it anywhere.I checked the connections i even change the power cable and the SATA cable and connect to every single port on my MOBO still nothing.I've downloaded HIREN rescue tool and it shows up there.I don't know what do and it's so frustrating.

OK, I was just checking to see if there was any conflict between m.2, etc.
Not with that drive.

Have you tried a different SATA port?

Yes, I just wanted to verify "can't find it anywhere".

People often overlook Disk Management, when all a new drive needs is to be Initialized.

If you've tried all that, I'd contact WD and see about a replacement.
