Brand New i5 Skylake 6500 Running Badly?

Just purchased a brand new i5 6500 Skylake and I feel like it isn't running as good as it should. I just built the computer . When just using the Mozilla browser I get spike CPU usages to %50, feels a bit abnormal for a spanking new i5.

Is there any test I can run to test out my CPU without ruining it. Also is there any update I may of missed? I installed Windows 10 frehsly on the SSD and ran all updates.

Here is my build:
Kingston V300 SSD
Gigabyte H110MA Motherboard
i5 Skylake 6500 (Stock Cooler)
16GB DDR4 RAM

When you launch a program, open a new page, etc, CPU usage will spike for an instant. Do you actually notice anything wrong with the performance, or is this purely based off watching CPU usage? Don't think there's an issue here, but you can go ahead and run a benchmark like Cinebench, and then google for other results for the i5-6500 and see how yours compare.
