Brand new Keyboard N Key not working

Hello.
I just bought a new keyboard and as soon as i connected it tested it everything worked later that night the N key stopped to work. I tried the keyboard on 3 other PCS and it didnt work
Keyboard: Ajazz Geek AK33 Backlit
Would appreciate any tips of how to fix it would help or anything
