Question brand new laptop cpu draw more power than it should be.

My brand new laptop gp66 11th gen draws more power more than it should be when compare to same model. For example, on 50 percent cpu usage while gaming and same setting, others draw 45 watts and mine draw 55 watts, That makes my cpu temp are a lot hotter. What is the problems? cpu or cooling system?

Hard to say that much as there are a lot of missing details: what your undervolt is, what the other guy's exact undervolt settings are (not going to wait through a whole two hour video). In the first part of the wattage, it just seems like you're loosely eyeballing it; at the exact time index you link, the guy's CPU is about 50% on most of the cores and over 50W. Just short on actual data and information to really identify if there even is a problem; that you got a similar Cinebench to the Cinebench reference one suggests that it isn't.
