Question Brand new NZXT BLD computer crashes to bios.

My buddy just got a brand new NZXY BLD yesterday and when he plays COD BOCW the game freezes the entire system during the first game within 5-10 minutes and when he boots it back up, it goes to bios and does not recognize the SSD M.2 anymore. He needs to reseat the M.2 driver for it to recognize again and then it happens again. Any ideas? He waited 4 weeks and now this...

He is once they open (they are PST time). Just curious if anyone had any ideas... dude waited 4 weeks and then now this... feel for him
