Brand New PC Build Crashes

I built a new PC about 4 weeks and it keeps crashing or freezing when using google chrome or skype for example. i also get a pop up message saying graphics card stopped working.

Tried updating drivers, etc. nothing seems to fix the problem.

My build is:

Seagate 2TB Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s 64MB 7200RPM Hard Drive

Sapphire Technology AMD Radeon R7 240 730MHz 2GB PCI-Express 3.0 HDMI

Can you try reinstalling the drivers for the motherboard and graphics card?
