Question Brand new PC (except PSU & GPU) shuts itself down after rejecting fTPM reset then refuses to power on

MB: Asus B650M-E Wifi
CPU: 7 7700X
RAM: G.Skill Aegis 5 32GB (2x16GB) 6000MHz DDR5 (F5-6000J3636F16GX2-IS)
PSU: Antec EAG Pro 650W Gold+
AIO: Frozen Prism 360
GPU: 1660Ti

Context: CPU & RAM have been tested at Scorptec to be working. The "reset fTPM?" screen has appeared every time on boot, which I've clicked no every time as I don't have Bitlocker encryption.

PC suddenly completely shuts off during use (2nd day). It didn't power on again, even with screwdriver jumping PwSw pins. I was away for 3 days, & it powered on! Sadly it shut down 3-5s after fTPM reset rejection. 0 response to power-on attempts.

4 days later, booted all the way through. Used it normally (discord, browser) for half a day, put it to sleep. Came back in a few hours, PC had shut down during sleep. 0 response to power-on attempts. Waited 4 days...

And it booted all the way! I set bios to optimised defaults, touched nothing else & loaded windows. Meticulously checked all power & sleep settings (e.g. max performance plan, never sleep/hibernate), admin-CMD'd "DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth" & "sfc /scannow", installed WIN updates, & restarted. Again, PC shut itself down 3-5 seconds after rejecting the fTPM reset & has been refusing to power on (current situation).

Tries (all with PSU & all peripherals unplugged):
- 1 stick in 1 slot in every slot, one at a time, with 5-10 min intervals for memory training
- holding power button for 1 min
- reseating cpu & ensuring no bent pins
- reapplying thermal paste
- reseating MB power x24 plug
- reseating GPU
- bios flashback (no MB flashes with bio USB in bios port with MB manual instructions followed to the tee)
- reseating CMOS battery

I'm most confused at why it shuts off specifically after I reject the fTPM reset... because that implies a software issue doesn't it? But then the PC not powering on at all afterwards implies the PSU's fault...

I'd deeply appreciate any insight from those who have experienced similar cases, or has knowledge on how to overcome my 3-month long plight.

If you aren’t using encryption you might tell it to accept the ftpm change and see what it does. TPM is supposed to be trusted platform module for security. Ftpm is amds software tpm module. So perhaps the pc is shutting off because it thinks something is wrong in relation to security.

Solution: I tested my PSU with a testing unit and it turned out to be malfunctional. I bought a 850W PSU and everything stays on after getting through the ftpm page! Although I'm still unsure why it shows the ftpm every time I boot it, I figured that it wasn't a hassle to click 1 key so I've been bearing with it
