Question Brand New PC Having Stutter Issues in Game

Hello,

I just bought a pre built system from CyberpowerPC and I'm having random really bad stutter when playing games. It almost feels like frame lag but it's just a complete stutter if that makes sense and only happens once I have had the computer powered on and playing for about an hour or so, does not happen right after powering on.

Specs:
CPU-Intel core i9-12900kf
GPU-Asus 3070 (really basic GPU I can't even find the exact model online, it's the smallest 3070 I have seen)
Mobo- Asus prime z690-P
PSU-750w Coolermaster MWE Gold
Memory-16gb DDR4/3200mhz dual channel (ADATA XPG Z1)
HDD - 1TB WD Blue SN570 Series PCIe NVMe M.2 SSD

Yes, all temps and usage are within normal range it's so weird

It's a 240mm AIO it's their Cyberpower Deepcool castle brand with 2x 120mm fans

Anyone know where I should look first when it comes to the stutter? Just massive frame drop in the middle of simple games and then back to normal right away and then stutters again in like minute cycles. From what I know it could be cause by the memory but everything is brand new so it's strange...Would just like some advice since everything is new my first guess was maybe bad drivers but I updated most.

ram usage during the game?
cpu/gpu usage during the game? what is within normal?

Yes, all temps and usage are within normal range it's so weird

How are you monitoring temps while gaming?

HWinfo open on my other monitor while playing. Temps are normal nothing super high.

SSD is 658GB out of 930GB
Ram usage is about 48% on average
GPU usage is anywhere from 70-80%
CPU is about 50%

I linked my HWinfo while in game about 15 mins into playing. Minimal stutter but it is happening, it gets worse longer I play.

Hey mate did you manage to solve this issue? I have a similar setup and experience stutters in games
