I just built a brand new pc yesterday and when I went to turn it on it would stay on for a few seconds then shut down and quickly turn back on again. I noticed the CPU error light was on after it turned back on. I have tried reseating my RAM / CPU / GPU / PSU / all SSD and HHD.

Here are the specs of my pc:
Motherboard - Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Ultra
CPU - Intel i9 9900k
Cooler - Corsair H100i Pro water cooling
RAM - Corsair Vengeance Pro 8GB (x4)
GPU - Geforce RTX 2080
SSD - Samsung Evo 860 1TB
HHD - WD GREEN 1TB
Fans - Corsair 120mm RGB (x8)
PSU - EVGA Supernova 80+ Titanium 1000W
Case - Corsair 780T Full Tower

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I upgraded to the same motherboard and cpu yesterday and notice it keeps turning of and on but then it booted up so have you made sure that every wire is connected correctly to the motherboard and check to see if the ram is not loose.
