[SOLVED] Brand new RAM (2x8gb) , tried overclocking but this keeps happening (turns on and off after save and exit). But works fine on old ram same brand

I have had 2x4gb ram and the overclock was smooth and successful. Today i bought same brand of RAM but when I tried to overclock, the PC would switch off, start up again, switch and start up again and when i check CPU-Z, it says my ram is not overclocked. I have even tried removing my older ram but face with the same issue. These sticks are brand new (corsair Vengeance LPX) and im confused as to why this is happening :/
Anyone know whats going on?

overclock is not guarantee

It also depends on CPU and BIOS, it's not all up to RAM itself.
