Question Brand new: samsung 970 Evo NVME M.2 isnt detected on Asus Z590-plus wifi motherboard

Hello,

I bought the motherboard brandnew, and the m.2 brand new. this is a brand new build and I cant figure out how to make it see my m.2, at the same time I can not install windows 10 even with a flash drive install of it. everytime i go to install it says that specific version of windows 10 isnt available to my computer. how do i fix the m.2 so i can install onto it and how do i install windows 10? i even have a windows 10 pro oem key

I downloaded the media file thing from microsoft, opened the application and installed all the files onto the flash drive
