Brand New SATA HDD Make Single Click On Startup

Sound only happens when my HDD either turns on or when I wake it from sleep mode. I literally just replaced my drive after my last one died. Is my brand new HDD going bad right after I just installed it?

Have a look at the smart values
check the hdd with its manufacturer´s tool

some HDDs do have this one click at spin up
