Question Brand new Vega 56 crashes in every game and PC reboots

When what I've written in the title happens, I get this error: "default radeon wattman settings have crashed and been restored". I've really tried everything at this point
-Old drivers
-Uninstalled drivers
-Increased power limit
-Installed only drivers but no Radeon Software
-Reinstalled gpu into PCIE Slot
-Changed PCIE Power cables and used different PSU's power lane

R7 2700x (NOT oc'd)
2x4gb HyperX Predator 3000mhz DDR4
MSI B450 Tomahawk
Sapphire Pulse Vega 56
Corsair CX750M

What kind of a Storage do you use HDD or SDD?
