Just made a brand new custom water loop. GPU and CPU temps jump up under load, even idle is high (gpu 35c and cpu is 30c) Load (cpu go to 60c and gpu go up to 90c).
my set up is 360 rad front push and pull, top 420 rad pull. pump at full speed.(used thermal grizzly on cpu and evga frost bite on gpu)
cpu- 8700k delided
gpu-evga 1080ti kingpin
mobo asus -aus maximus X formula
e8aZa

Cpu temps are really good but there is something wrong with the gpu. Could you check the gpu block if everything is mounted correctly to the card as that seems like some bad temperature conduction. Also what blocks are you using?

On cpu I got “EK evo” gpu block I got from evga . The whole water cooling system is from EK besides gpu blok because they don’t make blocks for kingpin edition. Well I open up gpu again clean it up and put paste again, still same problem 35 idle and under load shoots up so high that I have to shut off pc. About cpu temps spike from 28c to 35c and 38c on idle . And it happens like within 6seconds up and down.
