Hello,
I bought two brand new SSD's Wd blue , both of them are having bad blocks. The 250GB is having 123bad blocks and 1TB is having 533bad blocks.
The manufacturer is not checking them before they offer to sell?
It is normal to have so many bad blocks?
Thank you in advance!
Best regards,

Aida64 , HDD Sentinel is showing in smart parameters . Have a look at the print-screen.

As long as that number does not grow, I'd not worry about it, it might be reading the total number of blocks with issues, even those initially 'reserved/denoted as bad- out of service' during manufacturer prepping. (Note the 'grown bad blacks' value of '0'...)

Thank you for your reply, I think it is just something common with WD SSD's, a friend of mine bought aswell an 1TB WD Blue and I was really curious to see if it's having bad blocks with 0 hours power on time, and guess what, is having 600 bad blocks and 65 maximum bad block per die.
