Brass compression fittings with silver coil? Nickel and Silver coil?

Title says it all... Can i use brass compression fittings and use a silver coil in my res as a biocide. Since i can't use nickle when having a silver coil and i can't find copper fittings. Could this work or can i use nickle plated compression fittings? Or can i use brass?

Good links, but it doesn't really answer my question though.. Is it ok if i use silver coil and have nickel plated compression fittings. Or do I need to get brass, copper or even silver fittings? Thx for your answer

You should be fine to have Nickel and Silver in the same loop.
On the Galvanic Index, they are pretty close together, not much potential for corrosion.

The reason why Silver is recommended against when Nickel is present is because of the common water-cooling metals, they are the furthest apart on the index. That and if something ever goes wrong (EK's Nickel Plating incident) they usually find a scapegoat, EK's was that the use of distilled water and not their branded coolants is what caused the problem.
