Breadboarding I need help!

Hi. I just bought some new/used parts off eBay. I assembled them, I get power but only for a second. No beeps. I tried three different PSUs so that is ruled out. I took a video as well. Specs are posted in the video description. I just spent my savings on a budget gaming pc and I'm really discouraged and I can't find the problem. Please help me!

can u include a pic from on top of the motherboard, its a bit hard to see.

1st - monitor is not connected;
2nd - can't see, if cpu fan is connected (pc might not start without it).

It could also be a faulty CPU or bent pins on the socket.
