Brickstown

Okay, so I'm kind of stuck at mid-29 because I ran out of contacts and
missions, other than that buggy Vampyri one, so I'm having to slug it out
on the streets to make 30 (with about six contacts waiting for me).

So I make my first forays into Bricktown, having dashed in to meet some
contacts and such before and been surrounded by purples.

And I start to pound. And pound. And pound. Orange? No problem. Several
Orange? No problem. Red? No problem. Reds and Oranges? No problem. Racked
up about 40k in XP in an hour.

Okay, granted, I've learned to use Hasten, and the revamped Burn is damn
near a pet, but I'm having no trouble with foes and groups that would
have put me down in other zones.

Is Brickstown gimped or something?

And are those "dead" Freaks a hoot or what? Almost peed my pants when I
tiptoed up and made the first one jump up and yell "Gotcha!" Heh.

You should look to the tanker next to the Peregrine Island Ferry and go
to Striga island which is all 20-29 sets. Go straight to the back of the
island and look around for anyone standing there. Any one of the
contacts will pop for you and send you on to the last one who has
missions in your range. If all else fails, then set your slider up to
tenacious and hunt wolf packs there on Striga --making the badge
at the same time...

I trolled about with a 31 that missed it because issue 3 was late but still
managed to find some 29 lts and bosses that jumped her. Several
council guys also turned into werewolves as well.

There are sky raiders, banished pantheon, werewolves, council and
even some hellions I think (some kind of gang group) in mob hunting
sizes. And this without some of the nastier effects of the official hazard
zones.

It's Warriors not Hellions.

Overall it's a nice zone - far more like Talos/IP than Perez/Faultline
for actual usability and playability.

Praises be that they finally learned how to make Hazard zones
that people will frequent. Boomtown and Faultline are an instant
downer to enter they such obvious and utter failures.
